About SwarajAbility

SwarajAbility is an initiative started by the Youth4Jobs foundation to help persons with disability find meaningful employment and help corporate employers access this diverse and untapped talent pool. At Youth4Jobs, we create micro-entrepreneurship opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) by addressing accessibility challenges, providing financial and training support, and fostering an inclusive market environment. SwarajAbility was launched in partnership with Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA), the Government of India, IIT Hyderabad, CII-IBDN, NIMHANS and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
